When a group has elements that almost cover whole area it is hard to select the group from the UI builder main pane. One needs to click in many places to hit the group in order to change properties. This can be true from elements that cover each other. I thought that it would be possible to open element properties from the “Pick an element…” combo, but I was wrong. Is there any other way to achieve what I want? Otherwise what do you think about enhancing the “Pick an element…” combo and make the tooltip clickable?
Found a way do deal with group that is not clickable because of children that steal the focus. You double click on a child to pen child properties, then you click edit->Select first parent. After that you have the properties of the parent opened.
