Animate Text on Input Focus

Looking for pretty much what the title says. I’m trying to make a login that looks similar to google’s for a clean design. But I want to animate text upon input focus.

This is what I have so far, and upon input focus, I would like to animate the top text that says “Email”

Let me know if this is possible!

Yes, that’s pretty much what I tried to do. But I am looking to use an animation that raises the text up to the position.
