We are a recruitment consultancy and need help with reporting tool to our clients.
We currently pull data from APIs:
- Workable
- Recruitee
- Duxsoup (Used for sourcing)
- Chrome Extension (Our own Chrome extension used mainly for Linkedin sourcing)
We also use the following API’s for different tasks:
Reply.io - we use this email marketing tool to approach prospects
Mailboxvalidator - to validate emails
Hubspot - we only use hubspot as it already has a very fluid UI, is integrated with different email providers. We are only utilizing the free version of Hubspot for now.
All of the above works 95% of the way. But the app is too slow now, and some of the data doesn’t match up properly. I need it rebuild by someone who has built more complex apps.
The very first step is a dashboard. I want to visualize to clients what is happening in the Hiring funnel. Here is a very easy mockup:
