i think one of the elements was chosen when you were clicking on edit-copy
you should make sure you click on the page itself instead of the element before clicking on copy

I’m having a really hard time with a template I bought. It’s very difficult to transfer… I followed the simple copy and paste you commented about to transfer the page… it works (for the most part, some of the elements are missing). Then you have styles which are not transferred… Is there a quick walkthrough on how to efficiently do this?

sorry for the hassle
it’s strange for the missing elements - did you try it several times? Perhaps it’s a bug and you could file a bug report here? http://bubble.is/bug_report
for the styles - it’s true, you should either reconfigure your styles to match the parameters of the template or create new styles in your app that would have the same parameters as those of the template and change the styles after copying.
I guess there is no easier way to do this 
but hope that the template still saves you a ton of work.

This is great. I’m first purchaser I guess.
However, it’s tough that there is no documentation to see how things are working, know how to set things up at start and make changes. For example, when I create a new app it asks for Centered, Full Screen, etc. Which do I choose?
I’ve also noticed things that don’t scale well, like the profile pictures look strange in the circle and the image pop-up on mobile does funny things. Any way to fix these issues and is there any documentation?

Unfortunately we didn’t work out documentation for the template but that maybe something we’ll do in the future.
Try to choose “full screen” when you create a new app. As for the issues that you mentioned - those are related to responsive mode and we’ll try to fix them asap.

How do I apply the fix? Do I need to create a new app or will it show up automatically in the app I already started building with the template?
