I’ve completed my website design in photoshop and is entirely finished. For $15 I would like you with the drag and drop system recreate it.

No-one is going to build you a entire website for 15$. Websites take time & effort, especially Bubble web apps.

I am an experience Bubble developer and certainly won’t work for free. Unless it is for a charity or benefit that I want to contribute to and care about. If I come across something in the forum that I feel I can help, I will pay-it-forward and try to help by responding questions.
