Bubble is down. Email from bubble says back up in 5-10 min.

Yep - Bubble editor + my apps seem to be down

See Bubble Status page: https://status.bubble.is/

Yes, the Bubble team is aware of it according to the status page.

Gosh, it took more than 10 minutes for someone to post an “is Bubble down?” post. This must mean that more and more people know that they should consult https://status.bubble.is/ first. Hooray!

As I usually say in response to such messages: If you have not done so, please visit https://status.bubble.is/ and subscribe to notifications there. Thank you.

i just want the notifications :money_mouth_face:

@bubble I know it didn’t happened often, there’s a way for us to redirect our web site on a real page instead of having this?

@JohnMark We definitely want to prevent downtime but we will consider the redirect request.

Redirects in case of outage/downtime would be a nifty feature…

How do we sign up for email alerts like this?

status.bubble.is has a button for you to subscribe.

https://status.bubble.is/ just go here and click subscribe to updates at the top, you get an email when they notice things and are trying to fix it. Very helpful.

Mine is still down. just fyi. A redirect would be very very helpful. I feel like the screen the customer gets would scare them. It talks about security risk on IE when the page doesn’t come up.

yeah same, mood

@J805 Yes, our engineers are having an issue bringing the main cluster back online and are working through it now.

Been down way too long now.

Thanks, much appreciated. So glad I am not doing any promoting right now. Talk about possible disaster and waste of funds.

Appreciate that you guys are trying to prevent it from happening again. That’s always appreciated. Thanks @neerja!

This is the scary error I get on IE. At least scary for a potential customer.

"This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://(website).com again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupported protocol or cipher suite such as RC4 (link for the details), which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator."

I feel bad for the Bubble team probably scrambling to get this fixed. I can just imagine the chaos at HQ in NYC.
