Drag and drop RG on mobile not allowing input

I have a repeating group that is drag/droppable to reorder, but no input fields/icons seems to register on mobile. Both text inputs and icons remain unclickable. It seems to work fine on desktop though.

Do repeating groups which contain drag/drop elements disable input on mobile?
