Facebook plugin - strict mode for redirect urls

I added the facebook plugin & have signup/login working fine with the buttons in the default login/signup popup on my front page. You may know that you seemingly have to have Strict mode for redirect URLs on & provide non-wildcard URLs.

How are people using the header signup/login popup on other pages? ex: app.com/thing/1 , app.com/thing/2, app.com/thing/3.

Thanks @lottemint.md, but when I use that I get the URL Blocked msg on Facebook.
