Freelance needed to develop an app (Mobile + Desktop)

Hello,

I’m looking for a freelance to develop an app (Desktop + Mobile) that will ideally be published on stores.

My project is about a quite classic marketplace where user exchange services. Requester search for services (by keywords/on map), compare providers and select/pay service to selected provider. Service delivery will be verified by geolocation and text sending. This will requires an integrated payment system where the app take a comission.

More information to share once we engage the discussion.

But first, if interested, can you give me your availability, your hourly rate, your (wide) hours estimations. Please also provide links to some apps you have already built.
