So I have fighted long time with this and I just can’t understand what can be the problem. Element will not affect to be responsive.

I also tryed to swap elements places between locked element and responsive element. Then this effection swapped too. So basically those elements which are on top are locked and other elements working fine.
Here is screenshot if video is not working: Arrows are pointing element which is not moving with window width.
