How do i transfer a application without doing my whole account and also how long dose it take to post a template?.

You can transfer ownership of an app by opening your app’s editor and going to Settings > Collaboration > Transfer (you’ll see an email input).
The recipient’s email should be a Bubble user’s email. This will completely remove the app from your Bubble account and add it to theirs.
Posting a template is immediate once you complete the short “Submit” form, which you can open be clicking the little airplane icon on your templates dashboard: https://bubble.io/my_templates.
