How does app rate-limiting/throttling works?

Can you explain how rate-limiting works?

If I hit my “max capacity” the app seems to get throttled.

  • How does this throttling work?
  • How long does the throttling last?
  • Is there a way to guarantee that workflows are not terminated due to the throttling?

Bumping this question. Seem to occur as well. I’m on the personal plan.

But, I want to confirm if this is the case or it’s something wrong on my end.

I think the image service is having issues which is slowing everything down today.
