Issue running zapier zap in an api endpoint

The trigger a zap does not run. I intended to send the data arriving into the endpoint to a google spreadsheet.

The data is from a deployed sensor sending data every 10mins. Is it possible t trigger a zap when running a zap in endpoint workflow as shown. Currently the data is being saved successfully into the database.Also when I create a different endpoint for zap alone and trigger it by clicking an element it runs successfully and data is sent to the google spreadsheet

Is Step 1 in that workflow running or is it just the Zapier zap that is not?
