Loading Spinner - New Plugin from Zeroqode

Hey Bubblers,
one more plugin delivered to you by Zeroqode
Loading spinner! This is a very useful tool for a great UX - When your app is loading data instead of showing a blank screen you can choose from various icons and set effects. You can also upload your own icon to be used.

here is the plugin page - Advanced Loading Spinner Plugin | Bubble
this is the settings screenshot:

you can play with the plugin in a demo app

Hi @levon, the infinity icon doesn’t acted as in loading.io, how to do it?

versus rotation:

I’m afraid we haven’t added all effects as they are in loading.io
it’s mostly choosing one of the icons and then one of the effects from the dropdown.
If you would like any particular animation or effect to be added please subscribe to the plugin and let us know.
Thanks!

Hi Levon, bought couple of plugins now, and the effect is this one above.
Thanks, and great plugins.

Thanks! we’re on it!
I’ll let you know once we are done

We have significantly improved the plugin. Now you can choose ready made effects (and select colors for them) or upload a custom icon and choose a custom animation for that icon.
We have of course implemented the infinity animation as well
Please update the plugin version and give it a try.
Thanks!

$5 a month is a bit on a high end, any chance you plan to reduce it to a one time fees?

not at the moment, unfortunately

Would have liked to try it out, but that’s a hefty price for a spinning wheel.

You can subscribe to a plugin for a day or 2 to give it a try and if you don’t like it you can simply unsubscribe and get paid for the actual number of days you used the plugin (not for the full month)
Hope this helps
thanks

Hey I just bought this but it doesn’t show up as a plugin? @levon

Hi @sebastien
do you see it in the list of installed plugins?
If yes, then you should also see a new element in the list of elements. Please check this demo page to see how to configure the plugin https://bubble.io/page?type=page&name=loading_spinner&id=plugindemo&tab=tabs-1
Thanks!

It doesn’t appear in my plugin list although it’s installed

I see that you purchased a different plugin. It’s called “splash loading” and with that plugin you need to call a workflow action for it to work.
Here is a demo page:

Hi, quick question. Does the “once” price allow me to use this plugin within all of my apps, or is it per app? Many thanks in advance.

Hi Niall,
it’s per app

Many thanks - one last question, is it locked to a specific app?
For example, let’s say I have a test app where I play with the plugin for a bit, but then want to move it to my “main” app (so it’s still only used on one app), is this possible?

Thanks in advance.

I’m afraid it’s locked to a specific app and non-transferrable.

Thanks for clarifying.
