LocationService error in running bulk

Hi,

i’m facing this issue. When running a pretty simple bulk, i receive this error, showed in picture attached

What does this mean? I received this error running the nulk operation first on 600 rows, and also tried with only 14, but still the issue is here.

Don’t know why, i tested in a testing version of my database, containing only 26 rows, and there works. But basically, the operation doesn’t change that much.
