Make an entry for every user

Hi there, I’m trying to make users create data entries by submitting info trough mutiple screens. Instead of creating a new entry, it edits the first entry in the list and other users entries. How can i let the user create an entry and make changes to a thing based on their emailaddress?

Im really stuck can someone help?

Hi! I was unable to check your app but what you need to do is use in the workflow the “make a change to a thing” option and there in the space to specify the thing to modify select “do a search for” searching for the type of thing with the constrain that the creator of such thing is the “current user”.
