I need to build an assessment system that helps managers quickly build up the KPI and let all employees do the cross-assessment part.
It’s a simple system, let’s say we had David as a manager for a small restaurant, and there are 20 employees who are working in that restaurant. Dave wants to create a KPI system for his restaurant and he wants his employees to score each other.
