Email reset is not working. If I select to reset my E-mail I never get any email. I have checked my spam folder and also checked Bubble log and Sendmail is doing a post request. But I never got any email.
Hi @g111 - there have been posts on some recent email issues. The thread below may help you diagnose.
Ok! Does this apply when I am on the Hobby plan too?
It may just be an issue with your email provider blocking the request from Sendgrid.
I’d try it with a different email provider. If you see in Sendgrid’s logs that the email was sent, this is an issue with Sendgrid/email provider, not bubble.
