Send email works only for password reset

Hello team,
I’ve been testing the send email functionality and it appears that i can’t receive an email from a work flow that doesn’t involve a password reset.

In other words, when i do a password reset, the email is sent with a link to reset the pwd however, if i have another work flow that sends an email when a user enters in an email address in an input field, it doesn’t send.

Any reason for this?
