Being on 100% zoom seems to have corrected the issue for me. Thanks!
When I reach the bottom of the scroll the repeating group is now refreshing with newer logs showing at the bottom.

@jon2 Thanks for confirming. For others with browser zoom related issues, canvas zoom is a better option.
