Uploading static images not working consistently

I am getting very inconsistent uploading of static images.

Some images upload to Amazon App Forest great, but others simply refuse.

I am trying small images (used for icons). Most under 50K, but even some 2K files refuse.
But try a different file, and it uploads right away? What, wait, how come?

I’ve checked file formats, naming, resizing, recapturing, color spaces. I’m running out of ideas.

Why would it refuse an upload? Can I upload to my Amazon App Forest another way?

This feels like a bug or service problem?

By refuse to upload, could you expand on the error messages that you’re seeing? As well, perhaps share a few screenshots of your app (design, relevant workflows).

So either by clicking on the cloud icon or by drag and drop…

No “We’re uploading your file” appears.
No error messages show. The upload icon stays a cloud icon. The dynamic image path stays blank.

I did notice the tool tip changes to the correct file name.

I have tried the same file on several apps with the same symptoms and results.

I’ve tried restarting my browser.
I’ve tried opening a good image in an editor and pasting the one I want. Saving. Or Save As.

Always the same.

Check if the file is in a standard format, please submit a bug report as there shouldn’t be any issues with uploads.

An OS restart and it has resolved. Strange.
