Why does bubble think this is a list?

Hi,
Why does bubble think it there is list of number here?

Here is the the error, it is clearly assuming “time” is a list

But here is the API call. Clearly “Time” is a number.

What am I missing?

OK, it turns out, it is, in fact a list.

I would have expected that in the API setup page, that it would say (list) like it does for the TX parameter.
