Removing the first Condition in "Styles" doesn' remove it

Hello,

I noticed that if you create a condition in the “Styles”-Tab, move it to the top and try to remove it, it wont get removed. It will clear the “When”-Field but will stay in the conditional-tab. Only after moving it down again, it will appear to be removed
